Lent is typically a time to give something up. Although I’m not Catholic, I did go to Catholic school, and my Facebook feed is full of friends who are. This seemed like the perfect time to start something new.
First, I want to list something for which I am grateful each day. I’m sure some days will be more consequential than others, but I’ve noticed that it’s too easy to be negative and get caught up in that negativity.
Second, I’d like to work on practicing yoga a little every day. I think it will help with my flexibility and also help clear my mind at the end of the day.
It should be interesting. 40 days is short enough that I should be able to do these every day, and hopefully have it start a longer pattern.
